Returns & Exchanges

At Hera, we want you to feel empowered in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while our team inspects your return and issues your refund.
